What are the standard sizes for your headbands?

Adult headbands run from 22 - 24 inches.

From where do your headbands ship?

All orders are handmade and ship from Columbus, OH.

What if I want a different color combination than I currently see available?

We're happy to help you represent your favorite team, match a new outfit, or just create your own masterpiece. 

Whether you need enough for a team, event or just a unique piece for yourself, please contact us here and we'll make your headband dreams come true.

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 5-7 days for processing as each item is handmade. Once your order is processed you should receive it within 5 days depending on your location.

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently, we only ship within the US.

What is your return policy?

If there is a mistake with your order or it is defective, you can return your product for a store credit, exchange or refund.

To do so, please contact us here or at [email protected] to receive return number first. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item number and quantity
  • Customer name and address 
  • Reason for return
  • New item for exchange
We will email you a return number. Please write this on your package and also on a paper in the package. The return must be received within 30 days of your return number being issued and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please understand that refunds on credit cards can take up to two weeks to process.

Merchandise must be in original condition and not obviously tampered with or showing signs of use. If any of the above are obvious or a return number was not issued merchandise will be returned at customer expense or discarded.
